The Lymphoedema Service at Counties Manukau Health accepts referrals from all health professionals. 
The preferred route for referral is via e-referral from a health provider but referrals may be emailed although processing is longer.
Email referrals to LymphoedemaTeam@middlemore.co.nz - Include all contact details, affected area, and history of symptoms.
Self-referrals may also be accepted although it is advisable to phone and speak with a lymphoedema therapist first.
